Semi-Centralized Automatic Warehouse Management System
A simulated automated warehousing system using Webots and MQTT.
About the Project
As part of a final year Robotics project, we developed a Semi-Centralized Automated Warehousing System using the Webots simulation platform. The system uses a KUKA YouBot, conveyor belts, and a central server communicating via MQTT. It features color-based object classification, robotic navigation using odometry, and a modular C/C++ based software architecture. The project successfully demonstrated a functional prototype for real-world warehouse automation.
